Quiet Manor - the leading provider of assisted living services in the Bowie, MD area.
About Quiet Manor Assisted Living Facility
It is our mission to enhance the quality of life for each resident through personalized attention and compassionate care. We believe in preserving dignity through personal choice, respect and understanding in a comfortable and welcoming environment that brings joy and fulfillment to those who live and work at QMALF.
The company was formed by Paula Ross-Kearney and is managed by herself, Darryl Kearney and Bruce Ross – an experienced management team. Paula Ross-Kearney, a Maryland native, is a certified caregiver who is passionate about enhancing the assisted living experience for elderly residents in Maryland and surrounding areas. Although the personal obstacles she endured while taking care of her parents were challenging, she believes the heart-felt experience influenced and enhanced her passion for assisted living.
Ross-Kearney’s growth in the field of caregiving and assisted living occurred while working for her mother’s group home and she decided to continue her mother’s efforts to provide quality assistance to those in need. In addition to serving as a primary caregiver for her mother, Ross-Kearney has over 30 years of business management experience and over a decade of group home experience providing individuals with urgent and consistent 24-hour care. A leader and visionary, Ross-Kearney later established Quiet Manor Assisted Living Facility, an assisted living facility that not only includes standard care services, but also provides residents with an at-home, tight-knit community and extended family. Ross-Kearney strives to implement healthy living and a collaborative space for bonding, empowerment and happy living.
